June 8, 1920 - February 10, 2008

After a long and valiant battle with cancer, Elsie, of South River, succumbed to this illness in the company of her  family at the Burk’s Falls Health Centre. Beloved wife of the late George Sohm, she will be lovingly remembered by her sons Donald, Kenneth and Wayne and her large extended family. Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and her many friends in the area.

The  late Mrs. Elsie Sohm rested at the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel, Sundridge, on Tuesday, February 12, 2008.

Funeral service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, February 13, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Spring interment at the Wattenwyl Cemetery, Lount Township.

If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society to assist others in their fight with this devastating illness would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
