Carlson's view on banning bans: bravo!

To the Editor:

A tip of the hat to Todd Carlson for his article “We should ban all bans,” Jan. 23, 2008 edition of the Almaguin News. His “common sense” opinion was even written in proper English: “An urban utopia.” Bravo!

Some of us have been fighting this battle and the long gun registry since 1994 and we continue to do so.

I had my own column in two Northern newspapers for six years. Google my name and “Taking Aim” for details. Two members of their executive are on the federal government’s advisory committee on firearms.
