Peacefully at his residence in Sundridge on Sunday, January 13, 2008 in his 89th year. Harold Hubbert, beloved husband of Alice Hubbert (nee Hornibrook) of Sundridge. Dear father of Barbara Jaques (Gord), Betty Guagliano (Joe), Barry Hubbert (Jan) and Bill Hubbert (Lori). Loving grandfather of Will (Carmen), Hal and Bonnie Jaques, Joey, Kyle, Anthony (Francesca), Nicholas and Ava Guagliano, Ryan, Robyn, Scott and Shannon Hubbert, Mary Jane, Beth and Sarah Hubbert. Cherished brother of Carman Hubbert (Aileen). Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, cousins and his many friends in the area.

The late Mr. Harold Hubbert rested at the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel, 9 Paget Street, Sundridge on Tuesday, January 15, 2008. Members of the Sundridge Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #467 gathered in the chapel for a tribute service on Tuesday evening.

Funeral services will be conducted in the chapel on Wednesday, January 16, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. with the Reverend Lori Campbell officiating. Spring interment Strong Cemetery, Sundridge.
