Peacefully at her residence in North Bay on Friday, January 11, 2008 at the age of 50 years. Anita Carpenter, beloved daughter of Ray Carpenter and the late Lois Carpenter (nee Brooks) of South River. Loving sister of George Carpenter (Fern) and Linda Carpenter, all of South River, and her extended sisters Cathy Omand of Hamilton and Dayna Woodbury (Ron) of North Bay. Cherished aunt of Jason (Amber), Jennifer, Jamie and Jennalee Carpenter. Fondly remembered by her aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

The late Miss Anita Carpenter rested at the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel, Sundridge, on Sunday, January 13, 2008. Funeral service was conducted in the Chapel on Monday, January 14, 2008. Spring interment Strong Cemetery, Sundridge.
