Peacefully at Fairvern Nursing Home in Huntsville on Sunday, December 30, 2007. Mary Millar, of Katrine, was in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Larry Millar. Dear mother of James (Doreen), Robert (Cheryl), Sueann, John (Ruth) and Mike (Deb). Grandma Mary will be sadly missed by all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mary is survived by her sister Audrey Wright.

Mrs. Millar rested at the Opatovsky Funeral Home - Dempster Chapel, in Burk’s Falls on Wednesday, January 2, 2008. Funeral service was held in the Chapel on Thursday, January 3, 2008 with Pastor Maureen Ellison officiating.

Spring interment of cremated remains in the Burk’s Falls Cemetery.
